People often ask me to tell them what I have done to achieve the level of success I have in buying and selling real estate. In selling properties, he has negotiated the highest price possible for the market location.
A successful real estate investor cannot be good at everything. Having Greg on my team has given me the freedom to do what I do best, without having to be concerned about whether I will be well represented in the real estate marketplace. We have learned to listen to each other, which has strengthened our ability to work as team. Greg has come to know my criteria for properties, and I have learned to respect his market knowledge and skills. Working relationships like this don't just happen; they have to be developed.
